Redmon Design was chosen as the landscape architect for 3 of the 8 homes in this year’s Street of Dreams (Dave Brewer, Ray Coudriet Builders, and Stonebridge Homes).
The Street of Dreams is a tour of 8 one-of-a-kind show homes built by a hand-picked group of top custom home builders. Each home will be totally furnished and accessorized by a leading interior designer, and priced at over $3 Million.

2006 New American Home
Redmon Design Company was selected as the landscape architect for the 2006 New American Home built by Hannigan Homes.
The New American Home is a ‘real-world’ laboratory demonstrating concepts, materials, designs and construction techniques that can be replicated — in whole or in part — in housing built any place and in any price range. Incorporating such elements as energy efficiency, indoor-air quality, safety, market value and other components of the building block is a principal goal of THE NEW AMERICAN HOME program.

Redmon Design Company selected as landscape architecture firm for the 2005 New Southern Home!
The FHBA (Florida Homebuilder’s Association) and the SEBC (Southeast Building Conference) host an annual showcase home featuring innovative design, luxury living amenities, and top notch technology, and setting the pace for the best in southern living. The 2005 New Southern Home was showcased during the 27th Annual Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) held at the Orange County Convention Center July 14-17, 2005. The 2005 New Southern Home combines one of Florida’s long-established and respected interior design firms, with one of the areas foremost home remodeling architects, a leading landscape architect, and a third-generation builder.

Redmon Design Company designs landscapes for the Baldwin Park New Urban Challenge!
A 1,100-acre in-city redevelopment project in Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida, debuted at the 2005 International Builders’ Show in Orlando as a model solution for builders, architects and land planners to follow as they respond to the complex demands of new urbanism. The New Urban Challenge is a collection of three homes that redefine American housing in response to growing consumer interest for walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods and a return to urban living. Redmon Design is proud to have been selected to take part in such a unique event by providing the landscape architectural services for the entire project.

Redmon Design won two 2004 National Spa & Pool Institute Gold Medal Awards of Excellence for a geometric pool and a freeform pool.

Scott Redmon won a 2004 Masters of Design award in the concrete pools category, with pool builder Adam Alstott.

Redmon Design won a GRAND AURORA award and three Aurora awards at the annual 2006 Aurora Awards on Saturday, August 5, 2006 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
